I was qualified for the position why wasn’t I hired?

This is a daunting situation that people face every day. There are many reasons that you didn’t get the position. No one really has the answer to this question; however, I will attempt to shed some light on this subject. Understand this first, it’s not always the most qualified candidate that gets the job, it’s the one that makes the biggest impact in the interview that gets the position.
